Management consulting firm Bain & Company has joined Anthropic's Claude Partner Network at the Global Premier tier, the highest designation in Anthropic's enterprise services framework. The agreement formalizes joint go-to-market initiatives and enterprise deployment practices for Claude foundation models across strategy, modernization, and operational transformation workflows.
The partnership follows a firm-wide deployment across Bain's 19,000 employees, integrating Claude into the consultancy's internal tooling and client delivery pipelines.
Internal Rollout and Enterprise Enablement
During its internal pilot phase, Bain reported that over 7,000 employees actively engaged with Claude within several weeks of access. The deployment spans Claude.ai, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Claude for Excel, and Claude for Microsoft 365. Over two-thirds of pilot participants adopted Claude for Excel for financial modeling, data reconciliation, and automated analysis.

Bain's digital practice comprises more than 1,500 AI, data, and software architecture specialists who support enterprise transformations. The firm indicated that client engagements utilizing Claude Code for legacy codebase refactoring and modernization achieved productivity improvements between 30% and 50%.
Verification Thresholds for the Global Premier Tier
Anthropic established the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 with a $100 million technical enablement fund, introducing a structured three-tier Services Track (Select, Preferred, and Global Premier) in June 2026.
Unlike informal co-marketing agreements, achieving Global Premier status requires meeting specific operational criteria:
- Certified Workforce: A minimum of 1,000 verified individuals holding active Claude technical certifications.
- Production Deployments: At least 100 enterprise client deployments running in active production across three or more geographic regions.
- Documented Outcomes: A portfolio of at least 15 verified, public enterprise case studies.
- Executive Sponsorship: A formalized multi-region business plan backed by dedicated practice leadership.
Partner standing is indexed and updated daily in the Claude Partner Hub public registry, with formal audits conducted quarterly and tier promotions reviewed bi-annually.
Enterprise Services Ecosystem Dynamics
Bain joins a growing network of global system integrators and consultancies aligning with frontier model providers. Deloitte previously deployed Claude to 470,000 professionals under an expanded alliance with 15,000 certified practitioners, while Accenture, Cognizant, and KPMG have also established dedicated Claude practices.
Frontier AI labs have increasingly used tiered certification programs to turn professional services firms into primary channels for migrating enterprise pilots into production workloads.
